Registration of flats, shops etc. in the Registry of Immovable Property (IPRR) on behalf of the new proprietors (buyers) of those dwelling or premises that have not been previously recorded in IPRR

Purpose: from the previous owner, the appropriator, and its registration under the new owner - beneficiary of the property

Description: The parties apply for registration of the dwelling, premises by filling the standard form which is found in the Citizen Service Center (CSC), which issues a proof of receipt of the request of the parties - which is sent together with all other case papers to the DCGP, which issues, within the legal deadline (after verification of submitted documentation), the decision on registration of property, and the parties are notified through the CSC by administrative document and other supporting documents (Certificate of property).

PaymentThe fee is calculated based on the surface area of the cadastral unit. Fee is paid according to the document presented by the party (legal title), according to the transaction value: up to 10 thousand EUR - fee is 20 EUR; from 10 thousand EUR up to 20 thousand EUR - fee is 30 EUR; from 20 thousand EUR up to 40 thousand EUR - fee is 40 EUR; from 40 thousand EUR up to 50 thousand EUR - fee is 50 EUR; For values 50 thousand EUR or more, for every 10 thousand EUR, an amount of 10 EUR is paid, however the overall fee may not exceed the amount of 200 EUR.
