Description: The parties apply for registration of Mortgage by filling the standard form which is found in the Citizen Service Center (CSC), which issues a proof of receipt of the request of the parties - which is sent together with all other case papers to the DCGP, which issues, within the legal deadline (after verification of submitted documentation), the decision on registration of property, and the parties are notified through the CSC by administrative document and other supporting documents.
