Purpose: The aim of the procedure is to ensure the fulfillment of legal requirements for registration of property exchange on behalf of the new owners, and their notification by administrative act when the application for registration is made on the basis of the legal title Contract on the exchange of real estate
Description: Application for registration of property after the exchange is done according to the standard form which is found in the Citizen Service Center (CSC), where the said form is completed with the required data and then the party - parties are provided by the CSC with proof - evidence of receipt of their request. After that, the CSC sends all case files to the DCGP which, within the legal deadline (after verification of submitted documentation) issues the decision on registration of property in conformity with the Contract of exchange, and the party - parties are notified through the CSC of the administrative decision and other supporting documents (Property Certificates).
Validity of procedure administrative: Until revocation/repel or cancellation of the decision which imposed the injunctive measures
