Purpose: The aim of the procedure is to ensure the fulfillment of legal requirements for registration of property/ies in the Register of real estate on behalf of the new owner (holding provider, resp. breadwinner), but this right is acquired only after the appearance of the condition - the death of the owner of the real assets.

Description: The parties apply for registration of the property by filling the standard form which is found in the Citizen Service Center (CSC), which issues a proof of receipt of the request of the parties - which is sent together with all other case papers to the DCGP, which issues, within the legal deadline (after verification of submitted documentation), the decision on registration of property, and the parties are notified through the CSC by administrative document and other supporting documents (Certificate of property).
