Purpose: The aim of the procedure is the transfer of ownership from the previous owner to the new owner - the beneficiary of the property, and its registration in the Register of Immovable Property Rights (RIPR) where the application for registration is made on the basis of the legal title, the donation contract.
Description: The parties apply for registration of the property by filling the standard form which is found in the Citizen Service Center (CSC), which issues a proof of receipt of the request of the parties - which is sent together with all other case papers to the DCGP, which issues, within the legal deadline (after verification of submitted documentation), the decision on registration of property, and the parties are notified through the CSC by administrative document and other supporting documents (Certificate of property).
