Purpose: In order for business owner not to pay tax on business activities for the period when they are not working.
Description: The applicant, files the request to CSC The request is then sent to DED. The request is received by the officer that determines the MTEBA, who controls, calls the committee of three members (always being one of the members himself/herself) to review applications, visits the site to observe the actual situation, after determining whether the factual situation has changed, they compile the record, upon which the MTEBA officer issues a decision. A copy of the decision is sent back to CSC
